Damp surveys start from £495, with final pricing based on property size, access requirements and the complexity of the symptoms. Share the address and issues you are seeing and we will confirm a fixed quote before the visit.
Most visits are non-destructive, using calibrated moisture meters, hygrometers and thermal imaging. Where small access holes or lifted boards are required we agree this beforehand and can supervise contractors to minimise disruption.
