“Pretty straightforward to book a visit from them, came round Liam was a likable guy and spent time looking about the house externally and internally before going away to write a very detailed extensive report on his findings. I wasnt expecting such a detailed report on my property, the issues and how he recommended with his expertise to correct the issues, all done withought a biased view as he wasnt to do any of the work being an Independent surveyor. Exactly who you need if looking for a detailed expert survey done on the house, that you can trust as they have no need to make stuff up like a typical damp survey might do. Liam also did a very detailed follow up reply to some follow up questions I had based on his report leaving me with a clear outline of everything that needed to be done.”
