Choosing the Right Survey for Your Property

Property Age & Condition

New-builds and well-maintained homes may only require a Level 1 report. Period properties or those with known issues often benefit from a Level 2 or Level 3 survey.

Extent of Renovation or Maintenance Needed

Level 3 surveys are essential when structural changes are planned or suspected problems exist.

Your Long-Term Plans

If you're investing heavily or planning to let or redevelop a property, a higher-level survey gives greater clarity and protection.
